- The key to solving this problem is to do one of the following: - Mute the other team even though you don't see mics for them.
- Press mute on everyone because sometimes someone can talk and their mic won't show up.
 - Hope this helps.:cathappy:
- xcrimsonlegendx12 years agoSeasoned AceI have the opposite problem, mics are lighting up but I can never hear what they say.
- Anonymous12 years agoIf you really want a quick way to mute everyone without going through the trouble of going through every player, just make an Xbox Live Party with only yourself in it.
- Anonymous12 years agoAgreed. And the other incredibly annoying thing is when you're hearing some 5 year old babbling into the mic while the game is loading. While the game is loading you can't mute. That combined with the long load times of the game is not good. And yeah sometimes even in the game you can't mute whoever is trash talking down the mic. For some reason almost every game I'm in someone is spitting down their mic. I honestly don't get why they even put the mic in, as if people want to hear them having some sort of stroke.
I'll have to try that suggestion someone said where you create a party with just you. But tbh that's a temporary solution - I don't necessarily want everyone muted, just the 5 year olds having verbal (and probably actual) diorhea and the other people spitting and trash talking into their mic.
