It's pretty much been answered here, but tac intel is huge in games like this. Throwing it and finding that there's 3 zombies behind a wall that you didn't see is extremely handy since it lights them for your whole team. You also do more damage to those with the beacon effect. I was unsure of it at first but I use it a lot now.
@Iron_Guard8It doesn't feel quite as bad now as it did & it does have its uses, but I confess I'm greedy & would love to have the old butter barrage with beacon added to it as an upgrade (or vice versa) 😂
