STILL unable to connect to EA Servers
I bought this game yesterday and have not be able to even play it. I checked all my ports and opened any ports that you listed needed to be open. I can connect to the internet and other non-EA game...

Same exact situation as baldgrumpyguy. Xbox One, same exact message, haven't been able to play at all. Tried this morning before heading to work and still the same issue. Also, can't connect to Fifa 14 servers either (only other EA game I own for Xbox One). Trouble is, I've had Fifa 14 for a month and have NEVER had issues connecting. I too have Verizon Fios and am based in Plano, TX
I wonder if the OP is on Verizon FIOS as well. I'm in the same area and was playing all night without issue, using AT&T U-Verse.

So is there a fix for if I'm not a Verizon customer and on the Xbox One. I refuse to change any of my router settings if they work for every other game than they should work for this
