Re: Any status on why server's are down for Garden Warfare 1 and 2?

Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 is completely unplayable right now, and it’s all because of the rampant hackers crashing every single lobby.

Every time I try to join a game, some loser with a hack script just crashes the server, kicks everyone, or freezes the entire lobby before the match even starts. It doesn’t matter what mode I play, what time I log on, or which region I choose—it’s the same garbage every single time.

Legitimate players just want to have fun, but these hackers are ruining the entire game with zero consequences. The lack of anti-cheat is embarrassing and unacceptable. This used to be a great game, but now it’s just a hacker playground where normal players get destroyed for no reason.

Fix your game, stop ignoring the hacking crisis, and do something to protect the people who actually paid for and support this game. Until then, this game is dead to anyone who wants to play fairly.

The same problem urging the officials to optimize and solve, I am also a true lover of PVZ and many other EA games. Recently, I was about to enjoy GW2, an awesome game, only to discover that our gaming environment has been ruined by endless hacking attacks. These attacks have destabilized the servers and made multiplayer games impossible to enjoy.(hackers make all players have 1 life infinite bullets and invisibility. The suspense of timing especially in Taco mode.)
Like hundreds of thousands of other GW2 players, we have great passion for this game. Despite having been consistently hurt for so long, we have never given up on what we love. We strongly believe that the EA team has the determination and ability to protect our beloved game and the honest players who do not cheat, willing to trust that EA stands by its players.
While our community is not as large as many others, our needs and demands should not be ignored. Moreover, waves of new players – enthusiastic about this wonderful game – continue to join, seeking an experience that should be joyful and unforgettable. We cannot remain silent when our right to enjoy the game is threatened by hackers and cheaters.
We sincerely urge the EA team to take urgent and effective measures to resolve this crisis. If EA truly prioritizes its players' and communities' feelings and needs, we will never stop supporting your games.
