Stuck at loading screens at every portal

Try to use the portal for some turf takeover... It gets stuck at loading screen , Left it at 8 min then I gave up. Over and over, stuck at a loading screen. Sorry but with all the glitches and bugs in this game it's becoming a big let down. This is really a paid beta. I do not pay to test your game for you. will be getting a refund from my bank.
