stuck on start loading screen PVZGW2

Just got plants vs zombies garden warefare 2 on steam because of the sale and i go to launch the game but every time i do this I'm stuck on the starting loading screen. ive done everything to try and fix it but still have the issue. ive uninstalled and reinstalled, run as admin, used cccleaner, manually reinstalled drivers. ive seen a fewer other people on google have this
