STUCK ON TITLE CARD SCREEN FOR 2 YEARS

Game doesn’t even make it to the loading screen, just gets stuck in the title screen. This only happens on one of my xbox accounts (the one I play on, when I made a second to test it, the other account makes it past the title screen easily)

I have checked console for updates.

I have deleted game and reinstalled it.

i have relinked my account.

i have checked connectivity.

i have done literally everything and it still won’t fix this is an ea sided issue so could someone please message me to help me fix my account, I’ve been having this problem for over 2 years and I really want to play the game. This is where your support pages tell me to go so please reply someone /:
