Super Brains Glitched (Level 100 towards GM 6)

I posted this bug last month.  Before the February patch, I was max rank all characters GM 5 and level 1800.  After the patch my super brains was glitched showing Level 100 towards GM 6 and Level 175...

I am still experiencing this exact same issue.  Is there a window as to when this might be fixed?  Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
