I have tried without success to actually get any real support for the game. I lost all my data (not the first time either) and sent in customer support requests and got the standard reply asking for...

    Hey @kimjay169

    Sorry to hear that you lost your progress. Your case has been escalated to the tech specialists today and you should be notified via Email about any progression on it. I am not sure why your first case was closed, is it possible that you sent it as a bug report?
