I had this problem once and i realized it wasn't letting me play online even though i had a membership because the time zone on my switch was different to where i actually lived, make sure your time zone syncs to where you live on your switch and it should let you play online, if that isn't the problem then idk what it is.

@Kingty2323 Does this help out with the Switch issue?
