Did this dlc come out for pc?
The PC has the 2 new characters and Jewel junction, but not the new game modes.

The next patch will bring PC players Vanquish Confirmed Mode and 8v8 Mixed Mode. It's currently in the testing phase.

Good news For PC as well! Patch has now been submitted to our final certification process, this usually takes around a week for approvals.
