Tank Commander Underpowered

He does 60 damage with a critical hit at close to mid ranges, and since most Plants have at least 125hp this means that 2 direct hits + 3rd shot splash damage is required to vanquish most Plants. (Sometimes 3 direct + splash shot depending on the Plant). Not only do you have to usually lead your targets before firing (requiring higher accuracy), but due to his long reload times it makes vanquishing Plants take seemingly much longer than other Foot Soldier variants.

My suggestion for a possible buff would be to slightly reduce default reload time. I feel like this would help make the Tank Commander a little less punishing to play as & a more viable option in comparison to other Foot Soldier variants.

    I think characters like the Tank Commander are under represented because they don't lend themselves to fast paced play and since most Playets want more action you don't see him used- the same can be said about other more specialized or high skill characters.

    While I do play him I have to be in the mood for that style of play and it needs to be the appropriate game mode and map so he's not always my first choice of Foot Soldier.
