It's true, many players simply leave the game after the round is over (being on the plant side) and re-join the plants team yet again. More than once I've found myself trapped on the Zombie team for several consecutive rounds; not that I prefer one class over another, but it is not fair to be "obligated" to play a game. Even if they implement some any sort of punishment, people will still play whatever they want . There will never be a 100% unified community anywhere, so we just need to deal with it.
certainly not against anyone just playing a plant or a zombie, the only thing I hate is when just before the end of a game they are about to loose they swap team to the winning side, this I feel is unfair and should be prevented after 5 mins of the game starting.

I understand what you mean now and Yes, I'm with you 100% on that. Plus, the same goes for the possibility of joining a match in its last minute, regardless of being on the winning or losing team.

Sorry, but I don't agree that Team Switchers need to be punished. I always start out my day completing challenges. I limit my game time, so try to complete my challenges which usually require a specific thing. If it requires me to kill a specific character type, then I'm gonna keep switching sides until I'm on the side that will allow me to kill that type of character. If I play with friends, we all know the system is broken... I'm gonna switch sides to join my friends.
Now if you were to say, team balancing needs to be stricter... then yes, I agree. There should never be more than 1 player difference.
If you ask no team swapping in the last phase of a Turf Takeover match, then yes... I agree with that.
But to punish all team switchers, no. Hell, I'd wanna switch teams just to be on a different team than you now.

I would make it if you switch teams you only get half your coins
