Straight away, there is a problem: the dev team did not heed my suggestion to move the Spooky Squash boss hunt to october. In a previous thread, I suggested before that august should have either the Sasquatch or Yeti King as a boss hunt for August. With July's boss hunt being taken up by the Sasquatch, I would've expected to see the Yeti King as the boss hunt for August.
The dev team apparently did not take note of my suggestion, therefore making the Spooky Squash appear two months earlier than necessary. I don't want the Spooky Squash to have to appear twice in the space of two months (August and October). Please dev team, replace the Spooky Squash with the Yeti King for August. Take all of September off from boss hunts, and make the Spooky Squash appear as the boss hunt for October: the traditional, seasonal appearence of it and other halloween-themed characters.
Oooh I can't wait to play Hovergoat! Won't they annihilate Roses though? Rose is so bad..
Maybe they're giving us Spooky Squash now because they have a new Halloween event coming?
If you actually want the devs to see something, don't post it here. They're not here reading. Go to the twitter accounts.
I hope the knockback is different than last event (Tennis star vs Chomper).
On the last event, with unlimited ammo, tennis star treat chomper like bowling balls and have no chance to survive.
I was on a surprising number of zombie teams that were decimated by the chomp things.
I think it depends on the map. On the open space (Great North), all star has advantage with unlimited ammo since player just need to keep shooting forever.
In another map with close space, the chomper can close in, ambush and eat with caution.
Seeds of Time seemed to favor chompers, particularly in Egypt. Of course, it's always possible these teams were just incompetent.

Fyi, I don't want to. Even if I did, Twitter is too alien for me to understand. I prefer the dev team reading posts on the forums rather than other alternatives. That's why forums are more of my thing.
SM92, that is something we have in common,

I wonder what the teams will be for August 24-28. Sorta hoping for some form of Citron and Super Brainz. Would be fun with the ball dash and kick abilities on super knock back. Weirdly, I don't like when all classes are available. Feels too much like business as usual but with an annoying catch. I much prefer the finite list of characters and the changing strategies to deal with each combination. If I am going to get stars I want it to be at least somewhat meaningful.
As for Squash, I agree it should be in October. Though, since it is the only boss I haven't fought yet I would rather not wait until then. I think they should just reset the cycle and start a new order starting next month. This time, Gnomes in September, Squash in October, Sasquash in November (being about food and all) and Yeti in December. A perfect fit, and if they follow that order from now on it will be lined up for next year too. September is also a good time to reset since it is a year since the portal was implemented. (I think... I wasn't around back then.) Now I just hope the holiday items come back.
