@MossanSandis Do you have an online EA account that is linked to the child account? If not, you can find out how to do it at this link: https://help.ea.com/en/help/origin/origin/origin-player-controls/. If you do this, you or your current child account may receive the notification about aging up. This could be the problem!
- MossanSandis5 years agoNot applicable@TheSprinter85 Thanks, but she has a child account. That means it was registered with my e-mail address (years ago). She is not able to register her own e-mail as she can’t log in online. An e-mail address is required to link her account to mine. Can’t see how to work around this. :-( She really needs that prompt to age up, but how to get it beats me.

@MossanSandisIn that case, it may be worth contacting EA Help (help.ea.com) and letting them know about the issue, as it is likely that others have run into that issue as well, and it does not really make sense that your child cannot simply register their email.
