Tennis star needs a nerf and Moto-X Star needs a buff

I think the concept of the Tennid-Star was flawed from the beginning. He's like the Day 1 Tomislav from TF2. As much as I hate to say it, he needs a major DPS and/or HP nerf like the Hot-Rod Chomper, because everybody sane knows that the All-Star has huge DPS and a bit lower DPS in exchange for so much speed is just too good.
