Tennis star needs a nerf and Moto-X Star needs a buff

Sure to the buffing of one.

No to the nerfing of the other. If only because I rarely see any All-Stars on the Zombie side, if I do, they usually die fairly quickly because of everyone being able to kill safely from a distance or being able to out maneuver him.
