@CharlesHlcBendel I agree that Steam Blaster's TTK is too low, but its ROF is slow. I believe that the DPS of the steam needs to be decreased (i.e spread out its overall high damage over a longer period of time).
Like @Iron_Guard8 said, Scientist's tool kit (Warp & Sticky Healy Thingy) will also need to be looked at and adjusted as well.

By my opinion, anyway, if the frequency of steam damage and the amount of damage the steam deals gets reduced, I think it would be a lot more balanced and you would have to use the Steam Blaster upgrade more strategically as a result, rather than the upgrade itself being straight-up OP. The steam's damage and frequency is so insane right now, which is why Steam Blaster is so powerful and can obliterate tons of plants in one game! 🙂
