Please try to repair Battle For Neighborville with EasyAntiCheat. Go to the folder where you instaled the game then the \PVZ Battle for Neighborville\EasyAntiCheat. Then Open EasyAntiCheat_Setup. Choose "picnic" and run a repair. Then try launching your game and see if anything changes.
If that doesn't help, sometimes game files can become corrupt or create issues. Especially after incomplete downloads/installation or game updates, problems can start occurring. Trry doing a game repair.
1) Start Origin and Log In
2) Click on My Game Library and click on the PVZ BFN
3) Right-click on the cogwheel and choose Repair
Also make sure that EasyAntiCheat is added to exclusions in your antivirus and firewall.

Thanks for your reply.
Of course you can speak with an Advisor about this problem. To do that follow the link by @Own_Master_Mad_1
I found an article about this problem. You can also try these steps:
You must open Regedit, to do this you have to enter the Start menu and type in the Windows 10 search engine “Regedit”.
After this, you go to “Computer \ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ EasyAntiCheat” (if you copy and paste it in regedit, you should take it to the right place).
Right click on “DeleteFlag” and select “Modify”, then change the data from “1” to “0”.
Restart your PC.
And try to reactivate the EAC with the steps mentioned above.
If EAC is activated without problems, restart your game
