The Balancing Is Real
Just when the game seems like it's heading in the right direction we have all the zombie scrubs crying about plants being OP.
You zombie scrubs need to learn how to play the game. Zombies still ne...
@MrGamer8000 her kit is just proficiet in g&g for the most. She lacks versatility.
Wallnut is so tricky to use, should cover more part of her body and being more resistent to have some real use
I should try it then 😉
Anyway i would like to see some ability for herbaul assault to replace at least the potato mines. Are not that useful there... cause.. well.. isn't cactus job rush through objectives
It is relatively easy to see when a player can play, and has experience.
I agree, maybe them two variants can hold their own in most situations but you can't deny that many zombies can do the same. Personally the only time I struggled to kill an Ice Citron is when I was on a bad team and there were 3-4 plant players gunning me down before I could warp next to him and pop him. Every time I got close he would ball up and roll off...
To me, the ball is more of an issue than his damage - the ability to get to places just like Superhero. Now that plants have an equal sort of character that can beam from almost anywhere on the map people are calling OP?

Just one point to add, maybe they're stronger with players who use mouse and keyboard but on console they're not all that good, especially when playing someone who knows what they're doing.
Citron
- Stun
- Shield
- High Health
- High Damage Beam
- Super Speed
This class has a lot to bring to the table, but if you nerf this class back to what he was before then he's just a giant ball of fail who is just a rolling target. He will just be like he was before, a free kill for most players.
On pc the situation is the same as before.
Citron was already overused and overpowered in every game-modes
3 on 8 people were always been citron, and honestly... i think he didn't bothered me that much... as.. i was already used to deal with him.
I was already used to use default citron Mastered before this patch.. now just to not feel guilty of myself.. i'm just running him without overheat and damage upgrades.. only hp upgrades for trolling. and he's mostly the same as he was.
Still, i think some small fixes on ice/default. To be specific, ice variant need just a nerf on freeze rate, and default the splash damage revert.
Before the overheat buff.. frozen was unable to get many kills.. mostly assists. And default with his +1 splash damage seems to be more efficient than a cactus at long range..and this could be a problem.
(not a real problem if they continue keep cactus in this state)
And a buff on Toxic Citron.. his toxic area is not so incredible bigger than default splash area that.. is low damage is not worth the pick. The area should be a little bt bigger to be a good crowd controller
For the most, no need to revert anything else. Everything else is just fine.
For the most.. he is just overused, not overpowered.
Still because 3/7 on plant classes are in a strange spot (roses, cactuses, chompers) and one.. even after three consecutive buffs post-beta is still doing poorly (Kernel Corn) based on their data.

Not only citron wasn't that bad before the buff, but we're aren't even asking for full revert of the change, the ball buff were nice for him,and so that the head hitbox redution, the problem is that again, Basic and ice gun just shoot for too long before overheating with his upgrade and they didn't needed the damage buff neither.

Huhhh, wat, last patch Citron was far from being OP, as for being overused...Well he wasn't that rare then say,a rose or a cactus. But he didn't seemed the most common neither.
