It is relatively easy to see when a player can play, and has experience.
I agree, maybe them two variants can hold their own in most situations but you can't deny that many zombies can do the same. Personally the only time I struggled to kill an Ice Citron is when I was on a bad team and there were 3-4 plant players gunning me down before I could warp next to him and pop him. Every time I got close he would ball up and roll off...
To me, the ball is more of an issue than his damage - the ability to get to places just like Superhero. Now that plants have an equal sort of character that can beam from almost anywhere on the map people are calling OP?

Just one point to add, maybe they're stronger with players who use mouse and keyboard but on console they're not all that good, especially when playing someone who knows what they're doing.

This class has a lot to bring to the table, but if you nerf this class back to what he was before then he's just a giant ball of fail who is just a rolling target. He will just be like he was before, a free kill for most players.
Future Cactus does have the highest damage in the game which makes me enjoy vanquishing Scientists and Imps in one shot if dead accurate. I'm a fan of sniping players, however Citrons sniping is just plain dumb even they have recoil. Engineers, Soldiers, and All-Stars are a counter against Citrons when using the abilities (Even though Imps can stop the Ball, but they're in trouble when they eat EMPeach). I still don't get why people say it's much harder to aim with the controller than the mouse for the computer, maybe I'm just very used to playing games on consoles with the Controller like Xbox One. (In fact, they have Aim Assist option and I have it turned OFF)
