The DLC for plants vs zombies is not working for me---XBOX 360

When i enter the game(xbox 360 version)  and try to join a session a window pops up saying do you want to update, when i click yes, it takes me to a new window to download the DLC. I download it and then try to join a session again, and the same window asking to update pops up again.

    Have you tried deleting the patch from you Xbox 360 and starting the download fresh?

    Go in your hard drive & delete the old patch & the new one. Start up the game & redownload the new patch. Go to the dashboard once the patch is in your Active Downloads. Then restart the game when the new patch has been fully downloaded. The two patches have the same name/file size, but are different.
