Hi.  I made this post over at Reddit, but someone suggested to also post it here to increase the chances that Popcap might see it.  As I say within the post, I do not claim to be some master of game ...

Can you even shoot with Rose's debuff?  Can't move, no abilities, can't shoot.  OP

Yes, you can absolutely fire, but you turn so slowly and Rose always strafes, so you might as well not be able to.
