Thye Geforce Optimus has been jerking game players around ever since the first of its kind was foisted off on the public three or four years ago, and not been fixed. It can be FORCED to work, but that should not be necessary. It should always work correctly, automatically!
P. S. It also appears that your Geforce drivers are well over a year out of date! When / if you get it working, it is below the minimum for correct game operation, and you will have to dial the quality settings down.
