The game is unplayable

This game is literally unplayable due to a long list of issues

1. 5/6 times the game will not load into a match. I'm stuck on the loading screen until I kill the game. I have been waiting for as long as 10 minutes without success.

2. Not actually spawning in the "menu". I have no character, I can not move, forced to kill the game. This happens a lot.

3. For the rare occasion that I manage to get into a match, if I exit it I am unable to rejoin another game unless I reatsrt the game.

4. Frames? What frames? Anywhere between 10 and 120 frames with usually a drop to sub 40 FPS in combat on a GTX 1080.

5. 90% of the audio doesn't play. I hear myself shooting, I hear my own footsteps, occasionally I hear an enemy shooting. The rest is missing.

Overall it takes my by average 20 minutes with 5-10 restarts to get into a game and then play for less than 10 minutes until that game is over and I have to restart to play again.

When it works, it doesn't due to FPS and audio issues + really bad servers.

I regret buying this game.
