The Festivus pack just appeared in the Sticker Shop for me a little less than an hour ago and there were quite a few customization items which I hadn't yet gotten; I don't think you could have collected them all if you only logged in once a day for the Snowman's Quest. Be prepared to get 3 Spawnables and 2 costume items for your 40k, which is why it'll be expensive if you didn't grab everything you could for free during the event.
Providing that you did log in at least once a day every day you should be able to fill out your collection for about a million PvZ coins give or take a hundred thousand or two. If you took advantage of the Snowman refreshing twice a day you'll wind up spending less.

Pretty much called this. I knew the pack would be expensive and would barely give you any cosmetics
