Please try repairing the game by right clicking on it in origin and pressing "repair game". When its finished, try launching it again.

But, The problem is I cant open Origin. When I try to an error pops up. I tried reinstalling and completely factory resetting my computer but nothing seems to work. ;/

 error saying The procedure entry point except1 could not be located in the dynamic link library C;\PROGRA`2\ORIGIN`1\plants`\core\activationUI.exe

@BostonVet This error means the same thing, it is telling you that you do not have the correct version  of VC++ installed on your computer but as you have installed it can you try the following steps:

1. Manually uninstall Origin
2. Run CCleaner
3. Download and install the appropriate Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2013 from Microsoft's Download Center
4. Do a Clean Boot
5. Make sure that your UAC is enabled and set to notify
6. Download the latest version of Origin and install the client - make sure to run the setup file with Admin rights
7. Add firewall/antivirus exceptions for Origin and open the needed ports
8. When starting Origin, please make sure to run it as Administrator

I did that now when I launch it its stuck at "Connecting to EA servers" Do you have any more fixes? And thank you for being helpful.
