The red chest didn't give me a legendary. or key.
Why it gives me nothing?
I want the key.

Actually, Popcap never said you were guarantee a key (it's only 75%) nor were you ever going get a legendary piece from a red chest.
The middle sticker which you have there, "The Groove" gesture for the All Star, is a Classic Taunt from Garden Warfare 1. Classic Taunts are considered to be Special items even though they carry a common card border.
The Red Chest has a chance of giving you a Key, a Legendary sticker or a Classic Taunt and this time around you were given a Classic Taunt.

incorrect ive gotten taunts in EVERY single key ive gotten in the first 4 weeks of these portals he was givin a super rare accessory INSTEAD of a key
dont try to cover for popcap when everyone knows this * is broken for quite a few players
- I wouldn't expect you to be the type to watch the Live from PopCap stream which occurs on Fridays but in one of those streams just after Trials of Gnomus launched they stated clearly that the Red Chest would provide you with a Key, a Legendary sticker or a Classic Taunt from GW1.
They also stated that Classic Taunts would not be available through the normal store and would only be awarded through the chests in Town Hall.
So the drop is not broken in the sense that someone would receive a Classic Taunt instead of a Key or Legendary item because they've made it clear that the Classic Taunt qualifies as the "big prize".
