Nothing has changed, no contact has been made. Not even a respectful acknowledgement.
Disappointing but expected at this point.
But I refuse to let these issues die, there are plenty of people writing of problems in this forum. I encourage others to use this thread to write out your detailed experiences and complaints.
At this point I’m just hoping for a garden warfare 3. But I do think ea should stay committed to there community even in smaller games and still update those games not as frequently just don’t stop updating them again you don’t even have to update it just make it where the players are happy with the overall of the game where boss hunts are in rotation and community challenges it’s not that hard considering a robot already controls the mystery portal rotation I don’t see why he couldn’t control community challenges and boss hunts in the rotation also including all of that there has been and uprise in the amount of players in pvz gw2 with it being on steam recently so I don’t see why the can’t add it so the newer players can feel what it was like and if they did the newer players would most likely spend money on a game they find fun ik who would have guessed so if they just did a small update it could make them more money and a happier gw2 community
@turfstar1I honestly think ea knows about these problems, but refuses to do anything about them. My proof us that last year on my ps5 they released the super fertilizer pack for all ea play members for free. And they released the game on steam. No computer would do this , only employees. Please return EA.
how long do you reckon EA is gonna treat us like this, before finally listening to the community?

There is no EA support for this game, those emails they send to people are generic, not real people, they are helping people with their cases of banned accounts, which is a lie, be honest with your EA Games people and close the game for the platform.

I watched a video last week on the pc state of pvz gw2. The person said that there is a new exploit people are using to ban players, BUT JUST FOR FUN!! I dont play on pc, but if i did i would stop playing the game because i wouldn't be able to play multiplayer. Im honestly fine if you play on pc and use mods, but not in online matches with real people. I heard that hackers use a thing where they raise the account level of one player high enough to get you banned, this means that if you play on pc, do not play in the multiplayer portal. EA WHY DO YOU LET THIS SLIDE!!!!!! ALL WE WANT IS A FEW UPDATES. It's frustrating to see the state of PvZ in general these days, but the shooters especially for me as I love the GW games, and a good GW3 would be amazing after 3 years of BfN no longer getting updates. I hate that new players can't get the community challenge hats or certain town hall events done. It's unacceptable that people on PC are getting banned thanks to the hacker issues that should never have gotten as bad as it has in the first place.
GW is 9 years old, GW2 is 7, and even BfN is 4! Don't let the PvZ shooters go out like this EA. I've been playing your games since the 80s, and despite things not always being so rosy, I'm still here largely due to the GW games, so we need some good news on this front!I don’t think they will let pvz die the game is massive I just think EA is trying to get pvz 3 the mobile game done before they work on any other project related to pvz so they know what the community wants in pvz games
bring back boss hunts!
It's not even just the boss hunts, it's the game itself and the terrible service. As a paying customer for your games EA, I expect good service and the games to be functional. For example, i keep finding glitches in this game daily. There are also the pc hackers banning players for fun. This is the highest level of disrespect I have ever gotten. I play on playstation, but i still think that there are hackers on playstation. I think that it is stupid to charge 20 bucks for a game and charge 10 bucks for a pack that shouldn't even exist because torchwood and hover goat should be obtainable without money. There was absolutely no reason to put the mystery portal like this, but you did it anyways. And the portal isn't even a mystery, because there are only like 6 modes and the taco modes never come up along with soil survivors which was added in the game's last updates. It is also stupid how you guys made rux, with him coming by every 2 weeks with useless items. He also doesn't eveb sell everything, because he never comes by with the legendary pots and bots. Also, i know that you guys know about these issues, with the fourms and the YouTube videos and other ways of social media. You guys also released the game on steam and the super fertilizer pack for EA play members, another way to make more money. All we want is a few updates and for our beloved modes to be back, is that too much from your paying customers on your games? I will let you decide EA.
EA, please hear our cry's and bring back boss hunt!

This. So much this. People can not only buy it, including on Steam, but they can buy coins and upgrade packs! I've posted before that the bare minimum of support would be to let everyone unlock all the achievements (trophies), play the various town hall modes, and deal with hackers and account issues.
If EA cared about their customers they would have respond to us by now

Ea, if you care more about money that you do customers, then what is the point of us buying your games? If you won't updaye them or even respond to us after years of waiting, then there is no point in us investing money in you guys. So we as a community might just quit buying your games and boycott your company. We dont want to do this, but you leave us no choice. Either update your games including pvz gw2, or we will give you guys death. I also might be mentally insane from all of this, because for the past month i have had dreams about having boss hunts back. Please return ea.
