The StickerPack Problem

The sticker pack problem

I need help with opening sticker packs as it says "There are strange forces at work here! We are unable to open the pack at this time. Please try again later" if anyone has a solution for this problem please answer back.

    I have no solution, but I have the same problem. Also sometimes my characters are missing limbs...

    I rang up customer support and they told me it was my console... had me power cycle my xbox one... It's still buggy.. then they sent me an email telling me to delete my account off my xbox and sign in again. They don't listen ☹️  all my other games work except this one.. and they think it's MY fault! pfft!

    We are also having this problem! Things are disappearing, they come back here and there. All our coins, stars, rainbow stars.....Gone! Just reappeared, the sticker packs won't open either!
    Of course they will never admit to an issue, it's never the companies fault!

    This game is full of bugs, mines does same and online mode wasnt available earlier, all my coins, stars and rainbow stars gone now!

    Nanigirl2008 are all your things still gone? Ours came back but it was almost 24 hrs before they did! We just gave up trying to play until this all gets sorted out and I'm hoping it's soon because my son is going thru withdrawal, I swear!!!
