There are several threads and numerous complains regarding the lazy re-skins decisions. I understand your frustration and yes, there are very few "different" items per class.
they should have left the whole bling idea back to GW1 imo
its just more filler items that will make it take longer to buy packs that could potentially have legendaries
If they ever go a GW3, my first thing on the list is remove bling. Or at least let us customize the colors of our items. I find this bling to be really unnecessary and just there to keep us spending on sticker packs.
