The achievement on Xbox works on percentages & each character I've mastered so far has (at the time of promotion to Master) correctly increased the overall achievement percentage.
(Don't know how the PS trophy works).

That trophy is extremely tedious to do, and for it to not pop up for you is just extremely insulting.
You know what would be worse? If you now had to level up all characters to Grandmaster 5 and it still doesn't give the trophy. 😬
@ToastedSarnie and @SockReverie If it doesn't give you the trophy on your respective console for getting all characters to master levels, and you get all characters to Grandmaster 5 and it STILL doesn't give you that trophy, then that is a worse problem.
But, if it's been posted in "Technical Issues" than hopefully this issue will be looked at. My advice is to simply keep levelling up characters and report if there are more issues getting that gamer point achievement (on Xbox) or Trophy (on PlayStation 4). 🙂
