Tombstone from the First Plants vs Zombies Game

Do you remember playing VS Mode in the First Plants vs Zombies and when playing as the Zombies it mentions in the Tutorial that Sunflowers Produce Sun and Tombstones Produce Brains? Well At last if they bring back the Tombstone from the Original Plants vs Zombies Game the Zombies will FINALLY have their first Brain Production Card! Here's the Info!
Name: Tombstone
Card: Zombie
Brain Cost: 1Should be same as Sunflowers
Effect: Also Same as Sunflowers, Team Up IF they no longer make it only exclusive to Plants like they did some other traits, Start of Turn: You get +1Brain this turn.
Class: I choose same as Brain Vendor, Brainy.
Stats: 1Health 0Attack.
Description: The Tombstone is not just for Brain Production but for scaring away the Plants!
I chose for this Card to be a Zombie and not a trick because in Plants VS Zombies it acted as a Shield and even in Garden Warfare it can be destroyed.

First of all, this card won't be that good because plants can kill it immediately.

Second, giving zombies team up will make the game unbalanced. It's true that strikethrough isn't exclusive to plants anymore (hot dog imp, line dancer), but TEAM UP is a big difference. Most of the team up is in Guardian class anyway which makes sense but giving team up to zombies will just ruin the game. Unlike zombies, plants have no decent board clears such as weed spray, chickening, or deadly so team up will be OP in zombies.

3rd, based on the leaks, the brainy class will receive cards that can give them an extra brain every turn, and also environment lanes that will generate brains everytime a zombie is played on that lane so I think that's good enough.

4th, sunflower is super underused and weak  (especially twin sunflower which is one of the worst super rares in game). Why do u want to make a zombie version?

  • Because it already exists in the First Plants vs Zombies Game in VS Mode when you play as Zombies, they cost certain amounts of brains just like Plants cost certain amounts of Sun, without Tombstones you have no Zombie production I take it you've never played the First Plants vs Zombies Game, I just am bringing back cards from the original like they did for a lot of Original Zombies and Plants like Plantern ONLY EXISTS in the FIRST Plants vs Zombies Game and you'll never find it anywhere else. There are lots of other Posts on here asking for Plants and Zombies from the First Plants vs Zombies game. Plus I'm a big fan of the First, Thank you for your input though, I am open to opinions

I played the original before.  A LOT.  Demos online, the Xbox 360 version (with the Tombstones you're talking about), and the Nintendo DS version.  I know what you're talking about.  But I'm just saying it would be confusing because of Gravestone Zombies already being in the game, and not producing Brainz.

BTW, I'm excited for Plantern, but I prefer original cards over returning ones.  I'm not saying there shouldn't be ANY returning cards, but the returning one we have now and the upcoming ones are enough.  I'm super-excited for Banana Split and Spyris!

  • Replying to Guacodile24, they have different Appearances, sources are Google, Plants vs Zombies Grave, there's a picture of a Plants vs Zombies 2 Grave from Dark Ages or you can just look at them all and the Source for what Tombstones look like in Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare, go to YouTube, type in Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare and a link that says Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare Super Tombstone Wave will come up, click on that, it's the first video then you'll see. I'm also very excited for the new cards you mentioned too!
