Torchwood pvz GW2
A wile ago in 2018 popcap gave everyone a random torchwood and hover goat skins, I however did not receive one when I got them back in 2017... how do I get them now because I would pay to have the gingerbread torchwood!

@BroMiesterGenIf you own Torchwood and have not opened the Plant chest in the Trials of Gnomus, you will get one of the random skins. Same goes for opening the Zombie chest in the Trials of Gnomus and you own Hover-Goat. Otherwise, the only other way of being able to obtain it is to check Rux, I’m not sure how long it has been since he has sold a customisation but I believe they are still obtainable that way.

What if you opened the chests and got nothing? This happened to me, is there any way I can get the skins I worked hard for? Is Rux the only way?
