@Caljb03 Forget the invoice as I just found it, do you know where pack rat in up down uptown is?

@Caljb03 I found him (Pack Rat) in one of the sewers. The northern area, IIRC.

    how can i battle to lure him out if theres no one in the sewers?

      @Austinicko If this is for rat pack, he just sort of appears randomly in the sewer. At least for me he just is 80% of the time down there no matter if i was fighting or not.
