I cant find pack rat
@mc_polar1I'm not sure if there is a way to trigger him or what, but he is found in the sewer. The area that connects to the tunnel that leads to the Gnome Shrine. You may have to start the "collection" quests to get him to spawn but I'm not sure, he's always there for me. Like, always. The only time he wasn't when I was doing the early quest to check in on Old's Cool's club.
