Town Hall Not Open But Should Be - WHY?!
Today is the first tuesday of February and the town hall is NOT open. The sign above the hall says "Unknown." When is it going to open???? It's supposed to be the first Tuesday. Has this changed??? ...

This has happened before when the first Tuesday of the month came around very early in the month. They just pushed it to the following Tuesday and ran it for two weeks from there. If it doesn't open next Tuesday then start worrying about it.
