Looking online, it was something that we offered in the past but stopped doing all the way back in 2017. It doesn't look like there's any way to import GW1 unlocks to GW2 anymore.

Yeah it was a thing back in 2017, it was the only way to get unicorn chomper provided you were max rank in gw1 at the time. Wish the event would come back one day. Do you know where ea_shepherd is?
