Trying to Get Scare-Cob

I don't know how to get the Scare-Cob It says to get it from the Rux Shop but i am not getting anything from it can anyone help?

    @GreatGodoFire12You could maybe try exiting the game & then going back in??

    Added: Don't know if you might need to be in Dave's Manor, rather than Zombie HQ

    I had the same issue at first. I did exactly what @ToastedSarnie mentions and was able to acquire the hat from Rux after logging back on.
