Twitter is an interesting platform in that people will post publicly from their own private accounts and possibly provide more info than they ever would have on forums, I think that can happen for a lot of things.

We do try and keep you guys informed on the forums though. If we're working on something, or are aware of something that is being fixed by studio then we will usually reply as such to a thread about it.

As for making a post for each individual item that may be looked into, that doesn't seem like something we would do but once we have say notes for a new patch/update available we'll get those posted as we did for the first update.

One thing is for certain - your feedback isn't being missed.

You don't need to explain yourself, but I appreciate your reply.  We know there are many issues you and the other devs are dealing with. It is not necessary to receive round the clock updates and responses from you guys like some of us want you to.  All I have to say is keep up the good work. 

Yes, they are some painstaking issues in-game right now including hit detection and I'm just as frustrated as most players about it.  Since I know the devs are working on it, that is good enough for me.  I'm not going to demand weekly updates and constant feedback from POPCAP on it.  Between this forum and the Reddit, the devs are engaged enough.  For some of you, it isn't enough, but I think the devs have proven themselves after the year of our queen.  Give them a break and let them do their jobs.
