I went to help.ea.com and was sent back here after 3 direct chats with reps, trying two suggested solutions:
- rebuilt database (option 5) in PS4's safe mode (twice)
- uninstalled and reinstalled PvZ game
My issue is not resolved and I was instructed to post this bug here (answers.ea.com).
