Unable to Connect to EA Servers PvZ: GW Xbox 360

Been a few years since I last played this game, but just recently got another gold membership to relive the good 'ol days, but every time I start the game I get "unable to connect to EA servers please try again later"

It's been happening for about 3 days now and I'm not really sure why. Other games like Halo work, but this is the only EA game I have so I can't tell if it's GW's fault or EA

So far I've tried:

Connecting Xbox to LAN

Unplugging router and plugging it back in

checking server status here

Making sure date and time are correct.

Reinstalling the Game

Checking if DLC was downloaded(it is)

Has anything changed in all this time? I'm pretty sure it worked with no problems last time I played around 2018.

I'd understand if the servers are closed since the game is old, but that doesn't appear to be the case?

any help would be appreciated :D

    Thanks for the reply guys! I did some of these and I think it's account sync related

    When I try to sync my microsoft account it tells me that my EA account has expired and that I need to reset...before I can even sign into my EA account? 

    I have an unlisted video of it Here I've reset this account many times and nothing.

    I did make a new EA account to post here so I'm assuming my xbox account is linked to a long forgotten EA account? Though this name should have been taken in that case.

    I'm imagining i'm going to need to go directly to EA support to get this figured out lol, if so, where would be the best place to do that?

    Still weird that it just decided to not work, but it is what it is i suppose :/

    Definitely will.

    I'm thinking I'm gonna try EA Support next, just not sure where or how exactly to bring this kinda issue up since its so specific

    I already tried but didnt get any help since it was pretty hard to reach out to someone. 
    But I will try again probably.

    ALRIGHT GUYS!

    Definitely WAS an issue I needed to take to EA support. I used the "Can't log in" category.

    I listed off any of the possible emails I used and they sent my a code to the one my microsoft account was linked too.
    Now everything connects properly and I can see my stuff. 

    It tells me I've been a member since 2019 which would explain why it worked before hand I suppose. 

    Turns out I made the original account with an email that didn't exist lol, I was able to figure that out through trial and error on the login screen.

    So I created the email before contacting EA support and that's where my reset code was sent LOL

    I used this  to contact them and got a reply pretty quickly for a live chat

    Pretty stoked tbh
