Unable to connect to EA servers
I get the first loading screen, then matchmaking complete, but the next screen lasts for a bit then I get "Can't connect to EA servers." Tried all the troubleshooting on https://help.ea.com/en/help/f...

@EA_Arrenai Contacted my ISP, all ports are open. My residence uses MyCampusNet so it's more of an open network not a private with closed ports or something? I haven't tried ethernet connection, but I'll have to place a work order for that since it looks like the outlet isn't working.

University networks can have some strict firewalls because they're open, and I know MyCampusNet can be difficult with gaming for some people. I had to do some back and forth with my provider once when I couldn't access some games from a university network.
To help with some additional troubleshooting, are you attempting to play on a PC, PlayStation 4, or Xbox One?
