Unable to connect to multiplayer - black screen of death

Hi - I've recently started playing GW1 again.  I'm experiencing a persistent issue trying to enter multiplayer games in the last two days.  After I'm told a server has been found, I only get the bla...

FYI in the meantime, classic G&G is functioning properly.

Can't connect to any of the Multiplayer games.. yesterday I could only connect to Classic G&G but now nothing but the black screen and daisy... FKKKKKK!!!
