Unable to connect to multiplayer - black screen of death

Hi - I've recently started playing GW1 again.  I'm experiencing a persistent issue trying to enter multiplayer games in the last two days.  After I'm told a server has been found, I only get the bla...

Archi responded to me in another venue - no word yet on the issue, but I've confirmed that it's being looked in to.

Thanks for your reply, that is now four players experiencing the same issue.

I believe it's the whole plants vs zombies community that are experiencing this problem
