Unable to connect to multiplayer - black screen of death

Hi - I've recently started playing GW1 again.  I'm experiencing a persistent issue trying to enter multiplayer games in the last two days.  After I'm told a server has been found, I only get the bla...

On PS4, same problem, cannot connect in multiplayer. Stuck on black screen with flower in lower right corner.

    I was able to get in today, hopefully that means it is fixed.
