Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
Close Background Apps: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/programs-that-may-cause-conflicts-with-origin/
Create new a new Temporary Windows User account and see if you're able to launch the Game under that Profile.
Try to start Windows in clean boot mode.
