Unable to log in to EA account on PVZ GW2 on PS4

Hi, back in 2014/2015 I used to play the first Plants versus Zombies Garden Warfare on PS3, I have now acquired PvZ GW2 on the PS4 and want to play on my old account so that I can hopefully load in my old characters. However, when I try to log in, I get a notification to reset my password. I have reset my password multiple times and it still does not seem to work. Please help.

    Hi @TheXmanKebab First to confirm loyalty systems from playing previous titles are no longer redeemable, but if you are wanting to jump into GW2 and keep getting the above message after resetting your EA Account password please reach out to our support to look into the account further.

    Hi ,did you manage to sort this,as ive got the same and the online chat was a total waste of time ,ive changed the password and done everything they said ,but still cant get past the change password at the beginning
