@ForteanApe You may need to check your child’s settings on your account to make sure they have the correct permissions to access online features. There are some settings that will not allow child accounts to play specific game modes or multiplayer games if specific settings are not enabled.

@TheSprinter85 Thanks for the response. Are you referring to EA account settings, or XBOX settings?

@ForteanApeWhoops, I did not clarify. I meant Xbox settings, but if you still have trouble afterwards, try checking the child’s EA account settings.

I have been talking with Xbox support, and they have been pointing the finger at EA's policy of not allowing child accounts access to their multiplayer services. Ultimately, the platform's parental controls should supersede the publisher, IMHO. But, I will keep solidering on with this!
