Unable to open 49 gifts on PVZ GW2

Question

Xbox 1 - upon opening the sticker shop there is 49 unopened gift to collect. &nbsp;As so as Y is pressed the screen is stuck on ‘Stocking the sticker shop’ until it eventually kicks him out . Had there ever been a solution to this as I haven’t found one yet.&nbsp;
